Inspired by the song "foxes mate for life" by the Born Ruffians. This was just a sketch in my new Moleskine that I decided to play around with in Photoshop. I have some plans for using some watercolor on it, so a non-digitally colored version may also make it's way up here eventually.
Awww such a charming and beautifully illustrated piece. The linework is lovely, smooth and soft looking. It has such a nice whispy quality to it. Both of foxes together create a unique round formation and also a charming little heart down near their tails. Soft cream undercoloring and simplicity make this image sweet and such a happy one.

`karemelancholia is one of the most genuine deviants you could ever met. Always active and a true deviantART cheerleader and supporter in every aspect. You can always count on her to lend a hand or get involved, and you usually will find her doing large amounts of both at any given moment. She's consistently reports on contests around dA, showcases the efforts of her fellow artists and shows her charitable side through various activities. Besides all of this, she's a truly talented artist which is why she's an obvious choice for deviousness this month. Read More
